Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any products, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or damage
 

If the product received has a defect, you may return it, and the product cost will be refunded. However, return courier charges & delivery charges must be borne by the customer
 

An unboxing video is mandatory/ suggested as proof for any damage or defect claims
