1. Products & Orders

  • All our products are either handmade, custom-designed, or carefully curated.

  • Slight variations in color, weave, or embellishments may occur due to screen settings or the nature of handcrafted work. These are not considered defects

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR 

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be made before the order is shipped.

  • We accept payments via UPI, and scanner

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through reputed courier partners 

  • Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom orders may take 10–20 working days depending on design complexity

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier delays

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Sai Vinyas is not liable for delays or loss due to incorrect information

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused during delivery or in transit. Please contact the courier service for such claims.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any products, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or damage

  • If the product received has a defect, you may return it, and the product cost will be refunded. However, return courier charges & delivery charges must be borne by the customer

  • An unboxing video is mandatory/ suggested as proof for any damage or defect claims

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Kindly confirm your measurements before placing a custom order

  • Order cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed (after payment)

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including product images, designs, logos, and text, is the sole property of Sai Vinyas

  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive to display and describe our products as accurately as possible, minor discrepancies may occur 

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services

7. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice

  • Continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
